Shipping is offered worldwide via Slovenian Post for overseas and EU orders.

When will my order be shipped?

All in-stock items will be packed and sent within 5 working days after you complete your order, unless notified otherwise.

When will my order arrive?

The shipping times vary depending on your country. If you are ordering from Slovenia, it usually takes up to 2 working days after the package is sent, to arrive at your chosen address. For orders within Europe it takes about 3-5 working days for your order to arrive, for the rest of the world, 5-10 working days. Once your order is sent, you will receive the notification with a tracking number provided by the currier service.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location. When you place your items in the cart and proceed to checkout, shipping cost will be automatically calculate.

Please note import fees may apply for orders outside EU. Customs and import fees are determined once the parcel reaches your country. Val Wave Catcher is not responsible for any additional charges regarding import fees. To get an estimation on your potential fees buying we advise you to contact your local custom agent.

Once the parcel leaves us, we have no control to cancel the order. Furthermore, delivery times may vary due to customs processing. Please note that this is beyond our control.
